A desert noir series
An ongoing tribute to shady ladies and the places they haunt, The Ballad of Boot Hill tips a hat to spaghetti western heroines. Mixing fully rendered forms with reduced graphic elements Teichert’s compositions push and pull the viewer between realities and physical planes.
Work from this series has been featured in Western Art Collector and exhibited at Coors Young Guns and the Cowboy Arts and Gear Museum.
